I conduct one-to-one cake baking  and cooking class in Bangalore,Trivandrum and Hyderabad. Here's the detailed list of cake baking and cooking classes.

Apple cake and Strawberry/Mango torte

Death by chocolate, Coffee streusel cake and Banana bread

7. Chocolates 1 - 15 types of fillings

8. Chocolates 2 – Liquor and soft centered

9. Eggless Cakes - Cupcake, Death by chocolate, Chocolate cake, Carrot and Date cake.

Cooking Class

1. English dishes-1.
English Breakfast, Fish and Chips, English Muffins and Hash Browns

2. English dishes-2.
Pan Cakes, Cheese Mustard Scones, Apple Crepe

3. Kababs
Thandoori Chicken, Hariyali Kebab, Malai Tikka, Tangri Kebab, Fried Kabab and Seekh Kabab

4. South Indian
Dosa, Masala Dosa, Chutney, Idli, Vada, Sambar  and Upma

5. Kerala Cusine 1
Puttu and Kadala, Appam and Stew, Iddiappam and potato curry

6. Kerala Cusine 2
Kappa and Meen(fish) curry and Meen pollichathu

7. Kerala Cusine 3
Avial, Thoran, mezhakuparaty, pachadi, erriserry, pulliserry and sambar

8.Chinese
Noodles, Mixed Fired rice, soya chilly chicken, grilled chicken wings

    Hi Shaay,

    I conduct cake baking classes near Trivandrum Museum.I will be conducting classes on every second Saturday of the month. The next class will be held on 12th and 13th May 2012. Call me at 09379398865 for registration.

    i had attended ur begginers baking class and now i've started to bake on my own :)
    ur class really helped me.
    i would wanna know which company hand mixer is good,i was looking in d range of 1000-2000.
