- Butter 75gms
- Castor Sugar 60gms
- Orange Marmalade 120ml
- Orange rind 1
- Egg beaten 2
- Flour 125gms
- Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Caraway seeds 1 tsp
Method
- Sieve flour, salt and baking powder. thrice
- Cream butter and sugar in a bowl
- Now add orange marmalade, orange rind
- And slowly add the beaten egg and beat till combine
- Fold the sieved flour to this mixture along with caraway seeds
- Pour it is your mould and bake for 170 degree for 25mts
- Cool and glaze with warm marmalade if you desire.
