September 2020 Online Baking Lessons

 With pandemic, the world around us has changed. I know, changed is not the apt word to say how we all have spend our time in thought, worried, speculated and subdued by this viral spread.

Life is not easy to live inside our four walls, but we have getting adjusted to the new realities. If you look at trainers like me, most of trainers has changed the modus-operandi of classes. As of now, all we are doing only virtual classes. This has one way helped us adapt to the realities and become engaged in our learning and training methods. 

Talking of virtual class, I was fortunate to attend two other Online baking classes. One was the Sourdough bread by Chef Tom and Alvin from Lavonee Institute and another by the Aussie girl. Both the classes gave good insight, knowledge and tips, which I plan to use in my future classes.
