I first came across The Malt (cloud kitchen) when I saw a food delivery person in two-wheeler handingo over a tiffin box to a neighbor. I followed my curiosity and spoke to the delivery person. He promptly gave the whatsapp number.

At first, a person has to join their whatsapp group. The number is 9207009995. Once you're added to the group, you can see the poster with the details of food and price. The order has to be given a day prior. The food is home delivered by their delivery team in stainless steel containers. After use, containers can be returned during the next pickup. 

A simple model that help a cloud-kitchen to grow and share good quality food to many people in Trivandrum.
