Happy 50th Birthday

I am grateful for my life,I have my faith which gives me hope and strength, family to love and be loved by and good friends and students to cherish. My life is not perfect, but it’s about as close as anyone can get.

So today(April 20th 2022) as I celebrate my 50 years with gratefulness in my heart for all the goodness and blessings God has given me. This life I have is the greatest gift of them all.

When I look in the mirror, I wonder who that person is, because I still think of myself as the 25-year, but reality is different 😁

Online Chinese Cooking class

Today had a wonderful Chinese Cooking class through Zoom app.

The Class covered Chowmein, Spring Rolls, Wontons, Szechwan Chicken and Chicken Manchurian 

Its advisable to use rice vinegar in Chinese cooking instead of white vinegar. It's less tangy and acidic that white vinegar

It's a special day and when my aunt came home with sear fish slices and cubes, we made the best out of it. We hardly buy this fish at home, as it's bit too expensive for our budget. The price of sear fish in Trivandrum hovers around Rs 900 to 1100. She bought fresh fish from Blue Sea Fish, a fish store at Poonthi Road. 

Thanks to the aunt, we had today's meal in full measure.
