Spreading our Indian cuisine to other part of the world gives me so much of happiness
Yesterday I had Linda from UK who is a Doctor , came to attend her friend’s wedding in Kerala and fell in love with Appam and Fish mollie , Idili/Dosa and Sambar/Chutney
The expression and the excitement she had while flipping the Dosa and the appams was unexplainable. Loved each moment teaching her and looking forward to her cooking pictures when she get back home.
