Today is Ash Wednesday and after the church service, we visited Malabar Bites for coffee. Here are few pictures from the shop.
Btw, if you're starting a similar coffee shop in Trivandrum, what are the common challenges you will face? How will you make your menu appealing to young audiences? Where are the places where there's more growth potential for coffee shops.
Let me tell you this - not all shops are making money. Some are struggling with low footfalls. Also, there's always sometime it takes for people to know your taste, offering and then then start to hang around your shop!
