Don't Assume - Follow It Up - Note To Self

Note to Self

 Today an incident happened that I thought I make a poster of it. I gave an instruction to a person, and I assumed it was done. 

But, the person whom I gave instruction forgot about it and the task was not done. So, what's the lesson here. Just remind the person before the task and make sure they know about it. Often when we're busy, we forget to do things which others ask us to do or thing which we tell others.

✔ Say it once, then remind before the deadline

✔ A quick message can ensure progress

✔ Don’t nag, but do check

✔ Offer help if they’re stuck

✔ Confirm, appreciate, and move on

Conclusion:

A task assigned is not a task completed—follow up!
