Just sharing the pic of veggies bought from Farmers Fresh Zone App. Farmers Fresh Zone  All though I had some issues on my first purchase, I'm now a regular buyer.

Pls give it a try if you haven't used it. 

With increasing cases of #COVID19, it's high-time to choose home-delivery method to buy provisions, veggies and any other items. 

Btw, I wish there was a list of local shops ( vegetable and provision) stores which does home delivery. A list, with name of shop, contact details and delivery area. List for each district, town in Kerala!

I hope someone will take the initiative to collate a list of responsive and prompt shop keepers who can take order by Whatsapp and delivery items on the same day or at the earliest.

This can help small biz shop keepers in our locality, and keep people from crowding the shops for daily purchase. 

Lack of knowledge to use whatsapp or use of smart hone is another problem faced by small traders and shop keepers. There are many who would like to service more customers, deliver goods to customers but communication still is a major stumbling block.

Whatsapp Training and Support to Shop Keepers

There are solutions to every problem. Keeping that in mind, we have to find ways to help small business owners who are not aware of whatsapp or Facebook page. One way to help should come is with the help of people in every community.

Local boys and girls, either individually or as a group should form a team to train local shop owners on how to use Whatsapp. In case, the trader is not receptive to such ideas but willing to delivery goods home can be given assistance. A volunteer can create a Whatsappp group on behalf of the shop keeper. This means, communicating the messages, replying to queries, follow-up, etc. I guess there are many young people who can take up such task. This volunteering will give them an idea to be on the shoes of the shopkeeper, how to find the fast moving stocks, replying, sorting out customer issues, etc. 

Also sharing the details of a fish shop in Poonthi Road ( Sea Blue Fish Stall) , which does door delivery of super fresh fish.
