Puttu with Payar ( Green Gram) and Mango (Kerala Breakfast)
Today there was twist to the usual Puttu with Payar breakfast. For a change I sliced couple of mango pieces to the usual breakfast platter to make it tangy and tasty. Lucky for me, this year too, I got homegrown mango to share and cherish.
You too can try this out at home and tell me how you liked having this awesome combo for breakfast.
At times I wonder why the name Molee ( Is it give after a Molly Aunty) or a foreign term in a mallu way. Anyways, fish molee reminds of dish prepared when we have guests at home or when it's served during weddings in Kerala. Ingredients
