How's the cooking class taken and what to expect?
When you attend a session, you'll participate in the process to make each dishes from the scratch. During this informal cooking class, you'll get little tips, and techniques which I've picked from my experience and what I have learned from my mom.
Classes are flexible (customized to the preference of learner). My classes are ideal for beginners, or anyone who wants to explore the culinary world of Indian cuisine. At the end of each session, you can sit and savor all dishes made in the class.
