Indian cooking class

John and Pam came from Scotland for a 3 weeks vacation and their last destination was Kovalam, Kerala 

After travelling from North to South part of India, they decided to do some cooking class and choose the favourite food they had. 

Butter chicken and Naan

Roti and Paneer

Idli and Sambar

Masala Chai

Fish Fry

Today we rolled the rotis, Naan and made all the curries and enjoyed the meal. Also they tasted the pineapple wine which I had made during Christmas time 

It was a lovely Sunday for me learning more about Scotland, Scotch whiskey, Golf and the Steak ❤️
