Main Course - Vegetable Pulao  & Chicken Keema Stir Fry
Mostly on lazy Sundays or when unexpected guests come, I depend on these two dishes to rescue me from otherwise long list of curries and side dishes. Usually at home I make vegetable pulao with plain rice.

 This week, I made with plain rice and used the 1/4 kg of chicken keema left after making chicken cutlets. In this post, I'll share my recipe to make chicken keema. Try this at home and leave your comments to improve my keema dish.
