Love for baking

I started my baking journey in the year 2008-09 and had taught many students so far.

Today was a beautiful day for me.I had Sanjana for my puff pastry class who had come to me in the year 2013 for learning cupcakes and couple of other session when she was 5 year old.

She still have the same drive towards baking and wish to start her own Cafe after her studies and want to click a pic with me in her Cafe. Wishing her all the best! and I am really looking forward to that day.

Baking is about multi-tasking. If you are organized and prepared, that's half the battle. That's what I have found in her mom and in her.
