Easy Bread baking with Wheat Flour

It's just 5 ingredients, and you don't even have to knead it. 
Whole wheat bread with yeast, salt, maple syrup and warm water. Eat your warm bread with some homemade peanut butter . I love to eat my bread along with egg sunny-side up
I bet you will never eat a store bought wheat bread after baking this. But my husband disagreed saying he prefer Maida bread and well kneaded which gives it a soft texture compared to the wheat bread.
Ingredients
4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 tbsp Instant Yeast
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Maple Syrup or granulated sugar
2 cups Warm Water
Method
Add the flour to a bowl with the yeast and salt and mix together.
Dissolve the maple syrup in the warm water and then add to the dry ingredients.
Just mix it using a spoon until you have a sticky well combined dough.
Transfer to a greased loaf pan.
Cover and leave to rise for 20 minutes.
While the dough is rising, preheat the oven to 200 degrees  Celsius.
After 20 mts when the dough has risen, bake in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
Best eaten fresh, otherwise keep in a closed container 2 days.
