Licious Meat

I had a great time being part of the bloggers cook off meet at Slurp Studio, which was organized by Licious This newly introduced brand, delivers super fresh and hygienic meat and seafood in Bangalore.
In the cook out meet, I and Caroline Radhakrishnan made pomfret curry, with tips from the experienced chef Joe Manavalanhe event also was attended by many food bloggers; Anu NaveenSoumya GopiHari CamalaHrish Thotar, Rumana Nazarali Vidya Lakshmi and many other budding bloggers.
Two days after the event, I got the first hand experience when I ordered their meat for my cooking class. Two handsome guys from Switzerland, Etienne and his friend also vouched the quality of the meat. The mutton Dum Briyani made with Licious meat was a testament of their quality and freshness.

May they continue to vow more meat lovers in Bangalore. I hope their maintain these three aspects in their business - Quality, Freshness and Innovation. And, more importantly, good customer service.
