Online Baking Class for Beginners
In this lockdown phase, I've temporally stopped all my face-to-face classes in Bangalore, Trivandrum and Hyderabad. Meanwhile, I have started virtual baking classes via Zoom.
All the classes are designed for beginner level onwards. Each new week, there's a fresh set of classes. In this new phase of teaching, there are many shortcoming, but somehow I'm trying my best to learn new skills, learn how to use technology and try to convince students of the new way of learning.
Not all are convinced of online learning. I get calls from students who are insisting to learn baking after the end of lockdown. I find it hard to convince them to choose online way as they stick to the traditional learning methodology. The good news is that, there are many who are willing to learn through interactive Live class. Apart from the participation, I feel students are recreating the recipes without much delay.
