Oil- 1 tablespoon
Rava- 1 cup
Sliced onion- 1
Ginger minced- 1 tsp
Chopped chillie- 3
curry leaves
Water- 2cups
Salt- to taste
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot add mustard seeds, curry leaves, sliced onions, chopped ginger and chilies. When the onions turn brown add the roasted rava. Boil 2 cups of water separatly and add to the rava mix and close it with a lid for a few minutes to cook it through.
Serve warm!
