One of the toughest part in preparing fish curry is the task of cleaning the fish. I must say that I often delegate this task to my partner who does the task religiously.

In most fish stalls they clean the fish. Sometimes, the shops refuse to clean sardines. In that case, there's a good chance that your house will be smelly after the cleaning job.
