Netholi Thoran Recipe Anchovies in Grated Coconut

Dried Anchovy in Coconut 

Dried netholi ( Anchovy), dried prawns and dried fish is popular in Kerala. The packets of dried fish is available in most shops in Kerala. In the case of dried fish ( Shark, Parava, Ribbon Fish, etc) are easy to prepare. I fry it almost the same process of frying a fresh fish. Only thing different is that I soak the dried fish in water before I apply chilly powder and tumeric powder.
