Mambazha Pulissery/ Sweet and sour mango curry

I got some ripe mangoes from my cousin's wife @rinaroynold 

Wanted to make Mambazha Pulissery/ Sweet and sour mango curry for a long time.

So today made some and had along with spicy fish curry and rice 

I took my time and enjoyed each and every mouthful
