Ingredient to make muffins:
- Flour 1 cup + 4tbsp (180gms)
- Baking Powder ½ tsp
- Butter ½ Cup + 2 tbsp(120g)
- Powdered Sugar 1 Cup+3 tbsp(180g)
- Eggs 3
- Vanilla ½ tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Warm milk 1/3 Cup
Preparation:
Sieve flour, salt and baking powder trice.Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffyBeat eggs with vanilla to stiff froth. Add beaten eggs to the creamed mixture little at a time. Fold in flour. Add sufficient milk to bring the mixture to a dropping consistency.Pour the mixture in to the muffin cups and bake at 180 degree centigrade for 15-20 mts

Title is wrong. No microwave oven involved just normal baking.

The cake batter is same but the process is different, need to set the Microwave in convection mode and set it to 180 degree and bake for 10-15mts.
