Ingredients:
- Butter 1/2 Cup
- Powdered Sugar 1¼ cup
- Egg 1
- Flour 1¾ cup
- Vanilla custard powder ½ cup
- Salt 1 Tsp
- Baking powder 3½ Tsp
- Milk 1¼ cup
- Vanilla essence 1 Tsp
Method
- Sieve flour, baking powder and salt thrice.
- Cream sugar and butter till it becomes creamy and fluffy.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Fold the sieved flour, custard powder,milk and essence little at a time and make a smooth batter.
- Pour it into the cake pan and bake it for 45 mins at 180° C
- Cool and serve.
