New Year Delight 2012

Butter Scotch Ice cream with Strawberry and Chocolate Ganache 
I made this dessert on New year day. I used all the left over of Christmas dessert to make this delight, ice cream, strawberry, plum cake and chocolate ganche to make this simple presentation.

Wishing you all a wonderful life ahead in 2012, with all the rich and delightful topping.
