Thattu Kada Dosa

 Road side food stalls are gaining more popularity in different part of Trivandrum. One such location is the stalls near  Trivandrum Medical College Men's Hostel. It started with few shops selling chai and kadi. Now, from evening to night this area is booming for many night-time food stalls. 

One of the popular food variety made in such stalls are fresh dosa. Most common side dish is dosa with chutney or sambar. Or, people go with omelet or other dishes like chicken fry, beef roast, etc. 

Btw, there are few things these road side shops should adopt in their daily work:

1. Provide clean surroundings ( Make sure they keep the area clean. Also, ensure to clean the surrounding, discard the waste before they leave the spot)

2. Use gloves while serving food. ( Often they use bare hands to pick food 

3. Use stainless steel utility tong to pick vada or kadi while handing the food
