Ingredients:
- Dry netholi - 1/2 cup
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Red chillies - 5
- Shallots - 3 to 4
- Tamarind- a small piece
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Wash and clean the netholi
- In a pan roast red chillies on a low flame.
- When they turn crispy, cool it
- Grind netholi,roasted chillies, grated coconut,shallots,curry leaves,tamarind and salt.
- It should not be a paste but a coarse mixture
- Serve with hot steaming rice.
