Chicken Soup For The Soul

Mmm, the tangy combination of chicken soup pieces, pasta, giners and ginger pieces --nothing compares to such wild experiments that just came right.

I tried a bit of weird mix for this hot chicken soup for my cough ridden man. With  pasta and chicken pieces I made this new kind of soup. Bread was toasted to make it crispier.

  • Soup cut Chicken Pieces 
  • Salt And Pepper
  • ½ cups Finely Diced Carrots
  • ½ cups Finely Diced Beans
  • ½ cups Pasta
  • 1 whole Medium Onion, Finely Diced
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 Green Chillies slit
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Fresh coriander leaves
Preparation Instructions
Take a pot and pour 4 cups of water(water as per the chicken). Add the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, and cook over medium-high heat for 15mts.In the same pot, add pasta and cook for 10 mts and then add diced onion, carrots, ginger and beans and cook in simmer for another 5mts and finaly add the minced coriander leaves.
Serve hot...with toast bread..
